Radiator Fan Motor Electrical Connector Pigtail for Ford Taurus or Lincoln MKVIII vehicles.

This is a popular electric fan often used for retrofits and cooling system conversions due to its high power and cooling capacity.

Pre-made pigtail using TXL automotive wire (10 gauge for all three wires).

Pinout: BLACK = Ground, WHITE = Low Speed, GREEN = High Speed

The pigtails in the aftermarket with brown/blue/black wires use lower grade GPT wire that doesn't have the temperature rating we suggest for engine compartment use. Instead, we use cross linked polythene jacketed (XLPE/TXL) wire to build a high quality wiring harness.

We solder the wire to the terminal in our pigtails unlike the other overseas assembled parts. This reduces the possibility of a high resistance in this area which can heat up the terminal, melting the fan connector. Soldering also provides the strongest possible connection between the wire and terminal. We use 10 AWG TXL wire for the pigtail.
