Radiator Fan Control Kit for Dual GM Electric Fans (Two Speed Operation)

This kit is specifically made for the electric fans used in full size GM/Chevrolet trucks from 2007-2014 which are popular for use in electric fan conversion or engine swaps. This is a popular retrofit fan because of its high cooling power and because it allows removal the belt driven fan in other truck models. This kit has the factory connectors pre-installed so it directly plugs right into the fans, no pigtail required. The best part? This harness lets the fans run at low speed (series configuration) which keeps them quiet and power draw low. Then if the engine heats up 10F above the set point the fans switch to full speed and deliver maximum cooling power. This low/high speed control is achieved with three relays that runs the fans in series for low and then parallel for high speed.

This fan harness uses higher current rated parts than our normal kits, it uses dual 40A J-case fuse, 10AWG wire and a new sealed genuine GT630 fan connector are supplied. This connectors directly plug into this fan - using genuine connectors and terminals ensures minimal voltage drop and a waterproof connection. 

This kit is supplied with everything needed for wiring up a radiator fan, including:
- Heavy duty 10 AWG wiring harness with two 40A fuses and three 40A relays (6' from battery to fan)
- 8' temperature sensor wiring harness
- Adjustable control module with range from 140F to 220F
- OE Style 3/8NPT temperature sensor
- Accessories including terminals and wire ties
